Council is in receipt of a Draft Planning Agreement for the provision of a contribution for public open space and recreational needs. The Agreement is in respect of Development Consent for a Subdivision 2 Lots into 54 Residential Allotments, Six (6) New Roads, and Two (2) Drainage Reserves on land known as Lot 1 DP933666 and Lot 24 DP1041700, 14 Claret Ash Avenue, South Bowenfels NSW 2790 and the existing drainage reserve on Lot 45 DP1109094, Munbinga Drive, Lithgow.
The Agreement is available for public inspection on Council’s Website and at Council’s Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 28 days (excluding public holidays) ending on the 28 January 2026.
During this period any person may inspect the Planning Agreement and make a written submission on the proposal quoting Council’s reference DA123/24. All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to the issue of the Subdivision Approval.
