Council is in receipt of a Draft Planning Agreement for the provision of a contribution for public open space and recreational needs. The Agreement is in respect of Development Consent for a Subdivision 2 Lots into 54 Residential Allotments, Six (6) New Roads, and Two (2) Drainage Reserves on land known as Lot 1 DP933666 and Lot 24 DP1041700, 14 Claret Ash Avenue, South Bowenfels NSW 2790 and the existing drainage reserve on Lot 45 DP1109094
