Council is in receipt of a development application for PROPOSED - modification to the development comprises:

• drilling one geotechnical bore on an existing drill pad within the approved disturbance footprint;

• drilling five geotechnical bores at five new drill pads within the existing access tracks.

The application and plans are on display for a period of 28 days until 4 February 2026, to assist you in this matter and if you wish to make a written submission, the application is available to be viewed at Council’s Administration Centre at 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 28 days until 4 February 2026. Alternatively can be viewed on Council’s website.

During this period any person may inspect the plans and make a written submission on the proposal quoting Council's file reference, Development Application MODDA040/25. All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to Council's determination of the application.
