Council is in receipt of a development application for a proposed a dual occupancy (detached) and strata title subdivision of land at LOT 102 DP 1148659 - OLD BATHURST ROAD SOUTH BOWENFELS NSW 2790.

The application and plans are available for public inspection in the Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours for a period of 14 days until 8 December 2025.
