Presentation of Audited Financial Statements and Auditor's Reports

In accordance with Section 418(3) of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) (The Act), Lithgow City Council advises that the audited financial statements and the auditor's reports for the financial year ending 30 June 2025 will be presented to the Ordinary Meeting of Council to be held on:

1 December 2025

Commencing at 6.30pm

Lithgow City Council Chambers, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow

In accordance with Section 420 of the Act, any person may make submissions to the Council with respect to the audited financial statements or the auditor's reports. Public submissions must be made in writing and can be left in the submissions section below, or sent via email to council@lithgow.nsw.gov.au

Submissions must be received by Council by Monday 8 December 2025.

A copy of the audited financial statements and the auditors report can be found in the Documents tab of this page and are available at the Council's Administration Centre. A summary of the financial statements is provided below.
