Council has received the abovementioned development application from MAAS Group Properties Veravista Pty Ltd relating to land located near your property. The development proposed is Multi-dwelling Housing with Associated Facilities, at Lot 2 DP 1229039 - 33 Magpie Hollow Road SOUTH BOWENFELS NSW 2790.

The application is seeking consent for the construction of two hundred and one (201) multi dwellings, to be developed as manufactured dwellings and operate as a manufactured home estate/gated community. The development further proposes two private community buildings, recreational areas, visitor and facility car parking, landscaping and private infrastructure such as internal roads.

The application and plans are on display until 4pm Tuesday 24 March 2026. If you wish to make a written submission, the application and plans are available for inspection at the Councils Development Department, in the Council Administration Centre, 180 Mort Street, Lithgow, free of charge, during office hours as well as the Council website.

This development application will be determined by the Western Regional Planning Panel pursuant to clause 2.19 and Schedule 6 of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Planning Systems) 2021.
